Terms and conditions:

The above prices are per person, per day, in a double room, minimum 3 days and include:

• Half board (breakfast and dinner)
• micro-filtered, still or sparkling Dolomite water with meals
• access to the Wellness and Relaxation area
• the Dolomiti Paganella Guest Card (with stays of at least 3 nights)
• Wi-fi in the room and common areas
• car parking
  

Excluded is the hotel tax: € 2,00 per person per day (up to a maximum of 10 days) for adults, children up to 14 years of age are exempt.

Supplements and reductions:

• Bed & Breakfast reduction:-20% from half board
• Children sharing room with parents
  - up to 6 months: €.10,00 per day;
  - from 6 months to 1 year: €.20,00 per day, with cot and kitchenette at disposal, we prepare vegetable broth and puree;
  - from 1 to 3 years: €. 30,00 per day
  - from 3 to 10 years: -50%;
  - from 10 to 15 years: -30%;
  - 3rd and 4th bed reduction: -15%;
• Family Plan: 2 Adults + 2 Children up to 10 years = 3 Adults (stays of at least 3 days)
• Stays of 1 Night: + €. 10,00 per Person.
• Stays of 2 Nights: + €. 5,00 per Person, per day.
• Single Room + €.25,00 Double single use +40%.

To confirm your reservation is required to send a non-refundable deposit of €.200,00 per room by:

Other useful info:

• Check in: from 12.00 noon on the day of arrival
• Check out: by 10 a.m. on day of departure
• Payment: preferably in cash, by bank transfer or debit card, alternatively credit cards.
• Pets not allowed
• Cancellation: the deposit will be retained as a penalty.
• In the event of late arrival or early departure, the cost of accommodation for up to 3 days will be charged.
